Proudly an Italian company; Dulevo was born from its first prototype, the 120 model in the town of Parma in Northern Italy over 40 years ago. Presently, the company have not only gone international, but have managed to become industry leaders in all things technological, mechanical and environmental. With its partnership with Lampogas Group since 1991, Dulevo International was conceived.
The company have now managed to inject themselves firmly in the marketplace within Europe. This has allowed them to expand their ranges to suit different types of industrial clients. With the added bonus of a state of the art research and development site at Dulevo’s disposal, the product range not only got bigger, but it got better.

The Machines
Coined the ‘unique cleaning machines’, Dulevo International still today strive for quality, and are industry leaders in sustainable methods of production and producing a sustainable product. By the continued research and development, the company has maintained that industry leader status by providing innovative cleaning solutions that wash and sweep. This reduces our carbon footprint when it comes to the running of their products.
For example the mechanical -aspirating-filtered sweeping system, which runs across Dulevo products, from the 120 to the 1100, this system. The system prioritizes the reduction of noise and fine particles that get released into the environment.
Now with Varley Group and EMC as its Australian partner since March 2019, we are lucky enough to showcase these quality products across Australia.

Dulevo’s Commitment to the Environment
As mentioned above, the filtered sweeping system is a unique selling point for Dulevo Sweepers. Alternate fuels are a continued target and achievement for Dulevo. With the D.zero² being its Electrical hero product which EMC loves – as it is 100% Electric!

Dulevo consistently puts sustainability at the forefront of ideology with, high efficiency filtration functions. As well as water saving technology and low environment impact engines.
The Science and Technology Behind the Sweepers
The innovation behind the mechanics to make these sustainable methods happen is down to fine particle control.
When particles are collected by the Sweepers, the suction of the fans allow the particles to be raised by the central brushes and taken by the suction fan system. The great thing about this filtering system is that due to the high levels of mechanics in this system, it completes the sweeping cycle with minimum environmental impact. This mechanical function only re emits only clean air into the environment.
Dulevo & GORE
Dulevo and the GORE Group are both innovative by nature and are keen to keep on top on technological advances in industrial applications. So it makes sense to collaborate in an effort for improve in products on a sustainable level.
This in turn will decrease the impact it has on the environment as a whole. It is quoted through Dulevo International’s website that their common goal is environmental protection.
Now, with the use of GORE filters, Dulevo’s mechanical aspiring filtering system has got even better quoted ‘a total elimination of PM10 particles.’ The two filters work together to reach that common goal: environmental protection.
Overall due to it’s the success with the new implemented system is has set a universal standard for the industrial and urban cleaning sector.

This hydro road washer is great for getting that high pressure clean just right as well as the sanitisation of areas such as resorts, industrial areas and urban areas. The ergonomic design allows for less accessible areas to be accessible!

The 850 is a great machine, and the reduced size makes the vehicle manoeuvre around your municipal area even more efficiently.
The easy unloading capabilities helps reduce the hours in the work day – making it more cost effective.
In terms of sounds emissions, this is one of Dulevo’s top performers, making it ideal for highly populated areas.
Dulevo 5000

The 5000 is a great all rounder with affordability and reliability and GORE Filtration with 99% of PM10 particles being eliminated. Fine particle control is no problem.
The 5000 is suitable for wet and dry operations, ideal for commercial areas.
Dulevo Veloce

With the same aspects as the Dulevo 5000, the speed is a great factor with the Veloce, reaching speeds of up to 70km/per hour ideal for long distances covering a lot of ground.
Dulevo 7500

The 7500 is all about heavy duty. It boasts the highest suction rate which helps increase productivity.
The suction capability allows the 7500 to pick up all sorts of materials, from light urban waste, gravel to heavier waste. The point of difference with this road sweeper is that it has an independent auxiliary engine which allows for the extra efficiency, low fuel consumption, low emissions levels and low maintenance costs.
